With a career that began in the dot-com era at companies like Peoplesoft, Sapient, and Cisco, she has since led growth as CMO in the beauty, wellness, and fitness SaaS space, driving go-to-market strategies, global expansion, and data-driven customer experiences. A champion for women in business, Charity also founded the KNOWN program, a collective that empowers women with resources, mentorship, and community.

Patricia Turner is a seasoned marketing and event strategist with over 20 years of experience. She launched her own event management company, securing high-impact sports marketing and branding opportunities for national and international events. Patricia has led initiatives for NBA camps, NFL Foundation fundraisers, and corporate sporting events, working with major brands like Nike, Verizon, EA Sports, Pepsi, Adidas, Revolt TV, and VH1. Her global work includes events in London, helping a U.S. tech company enter the beauty and spa trade show industry and managing large-scale multicultural festivals in the U.S. and China with the International Culture Exchange Group.

Dominique has a passion for purposeful, user-centered design and she specializes in UI/UX, and e-commerce product management—blending aesthetic appeal with functionality. Her creative approach is shaped by a dynamic background as a fashion model for brands like Apple, Coca-Cola, Nordstrom, and MAC Cosmetics, giving her a distinctive eye for detail and innovation that elevates every project she touches.
